Personal Experience

Cameron has a mission to serve the needs of business owners, and by extension the Communities they server. Cameron has personally bought and sold businesses and has also worked as an Assurance Professional (Auditor & Advisor) including Middle Market transactions since 2015 on both the Buy and Sell sides of transactions involving both publicly traded and privately held businesses. As such, Cameron has experience in preparing a business to be sold and post transactional matters including, accounting for working capital adjustments, purchase price allocation, earn outs, carve outs, and other post transactional matters. He earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Campbell University, and a Master’s in Accounting with an emphasis in Information Systems from the University of South Florida. Cameron is a member of the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Institute of Internal Auditors, and is a SAP Certified Application Associate.
